Through your account, you can manage your purchases on WordPress.com without the need to contact support. This guide explains how to manage your subscriptions yourself on WordPress.com.

To view all the purchases you have made on WordPress.com, take the following steps:
- Click on your profile at https://wordpress.com/me.
- On the side, select the Purchases menu option:
- Under the “Active Upgrades” tab, you’ll find a list of all your current subscriptions on WordPress.com. This will include plans, domains, email, add-ons, and any other purchases you have made with us.
- Click on the Billing History tab to view past purchases.
- Click on the Payment Methods tab to manage your forms of payment.
