Wp page builder / general glitches on site

    So I’m using wp page builder on this WordPress site and it was working fine until I tried logging into today. When I’m on the dash and click pages-> all pages it has the black side nav with all the items displayed 3 times on the page (glitch) and then when I can finally access my site and edit the page with the page builder and whenever I click the little pencil icon on the rows or columns or text blocks it doesn’t display the text box it displays like the ‘all pages’ page info and is a long scroll of that. I need to edit the copy on my website and this is not possible with how glitchy the website is. It’s only on this one as well. Also the login screen for the admin part is like only the HTML and the css doesn’t or at least that’s what it looks like. I tried logging into my other one and it works fine so I don’t get the issue with just this one particular site.

    Hi lacartdesign, it sounds like you might be inadvertently switching between wp-admin (which can have a black sidebar) and Calypso (blue sidebars). We tried to smooth out the transition between the two, but sorry it’s giving you trouble!

    Could you get a screenshot of that as well?

    Also, if you don’t mind clearing your browser cache, that could help clear up any browser glitches that could be in the way:

    Can you share the link to the other site, and confirm which site has a problem? That may provide more context, too.

    Hi cleared my cache, on my browser and it made it worse. Now the login and dashboard is just HTML no css so it made the dash issue worse. (screenshots of this available) I tried on both safari and chrome. Regarding the page builder its now just stuck on the loading screen even though it’s fully loaded.(sreenshot available) The site is whycarbonneutral.com the site that is working is inthebag.com (screenshot of regular login screen available, I can’t login as I forgot my credentials and am waiting to reset my password)

    Neither of those sites are hosted on WordPress.com, but are instead using the open source WordPress.org software at other hosting providers. So we have no control over those sites. We only control your free WordPress.com site at http://lacartxdesign.wordpress.com/

    Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:

    Alternativetly you can also try contacting your hosting provider. https://inthebag.com/ appears to be hosted by Liquidweb.com, but the DNS for https://whycarbonneutral.com/ is being routed through a CloudFlare proxy, so I’m not able to see who is hosting that site.
