Unknown WordPress Charge

Guys, I think last time I used WordPress was 2 years ago. Last month and this month I got charged about £120. Where do these charges come from? Any help please? Thank you.

I don’t see any payments made from the WordPress.com account @crissmoldocm2220fcffd6f9 you’re logged into. Can you enter the charge details on https://wpchrg.wordpress.com? It will show you what the charge is for and allow you to send them over to our billing team, who will be happy to review and help you via email.

Hi there, I forgot to mention that I had another account and I made this one as I don’t get any email from WordPress when I try to change my password, because I forgot it. I have the reference numbers on the payments if that helps.

Thanks for clarifying that you made your purchase under a different login. We are not able to help here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.

On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which is the fastest way to verify that you are the owner. It sounds like you have that info in hand, but just in case, you can find more info on how to locate that info here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Filling out the Account Recovery form will send all the info you have to our account recovery team privately, and from there they will contact you directly via email to assist you in regaining access.

Well, this process requires me to provide the URL of the account. How am I supposed to know that if I used that 2 years ago on my other account?
Let’s see if we can do this. The email of this account is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the one I’m trying to recover is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Is it now possible to send me an email yourselves with the “forgot password” link? As you could see, the emails provided are almost the same, so now you can tell I am the owner of these accounts.
I have access to both of the emails, but when I select “forgot password”, nothing is coming to the one I’m trying to recover.

This is what I’m trying to say here. This account is just to be able to talk to you about the account I lost, I know this one is not getting charged. I tried both of the links you sent me, nothing is happening.
I need an email to change my password for (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I already tried so many times to change the password but no email is coming. I checked Junk and Spam too. Nothing is coming on.

@crissmoldocm2220fcffd6f9 have you tried using the secure form at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/? You should be able to locate the charge there, then you’ll see an option to contact support about the charge even if you are not logged into that account. Please let us know if you’ve done that.

I have contacted support, I can’t find the charges by using that system either. But my bank statement shows both of the charges.
I have never encountered a problem anywhere that would take so long to resolve.
Anyway, thank you for the help guys. I appreciate you tried at least. I’ll see what I can do by talking straight to the support.
