  Hi there, the size of your site’s tagline font is determined by the theme you are using, which is Colinear https://wordpress.com/theme/colinear/ and you can see this also on the theme demo site at https://colineardemo.wordpress.com/

  You can change that using CSS, and that would require a Premium or higher upgrade plan on your site. https://wordpress.com/support/plan-features/#word-press-com-premium

  The other option is to switch to a different theme.
