Congratulations on your migrations! We are glad to hear you have chosen WordPress.com to host your site.
The site privacy is currently set to “Private”. You can change the privacy setting on the site by navigating to Settings > General and then changing the Privacy setting and then clicking “Save Settings”. We also have a guide for this here: https://wordpress.com/support/privacy-settings/
Also in checking the site, Jetpack is connected to the account that owns the site. It is not connected to your WordPress.com so you won’t see the site listed in your dashboard. On the site, there is not a matching user with the same email as your WordPress.com account so I’m not able to connect it from my end (this is to keep the site secure). You can complete the connection by following this guide: https://jetpack.com/support/transfer-your-jetpack-connection-or-plan-to-another-user/additional-users/. Another option is to ask the site owner to log into their WordPress.com account and then invite your WordPress.com username or email to the site as explained in this guide – https://wordpress.com/support/invite-people/
