Hello @sfbellese
Thank you for your post.
Please would you tell me more about this issue:
- Which media are you uploading that doesn’t seem to be loading? Where are you uploading the media to?
- Which steps did you follow?
- What were you expecting to happen?
- What actually happened?
- Please share screenshots (https://wordpress.com/support/make-a-screenshot/), links to relevant posts or page and other details of any errors or messages you saw.

I tried to upload images either jpg or png through the media uploader thumbnail and straight from the builder. Apparently, they do upload them but i cant see them, all i see its a small thumbnail image icon

Thank you so much for the screenshots.
It looks like the website has a domain set as the Primary Address, which does not point to WordPress.com and thus breaks WordPress.com functionality.
You can add WordPress.com nameservers to point the domain correctly by logging into your registrar account:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comWe have a guide about this here:
https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/#update-the-name-servers-yourself
Once this change is made, please bear in mind that changes to domains can take a while to propagate worldwide. In rare cases, up to 72 hours.
If, for any reason, you are unable to connect via Name Servers, you can follow this guide:
If you already own a domain name with another provider, you can use that domain with your WordPress.com site. If you cannot use the recommended method, this guide will show you how to point your domain to your WordPress.com site using A records (IP addresses). About This Method This guide will show you how to connect (or “point”) a domain to your WordPress.com site using root A & CNAME rec -
Looks like now its working. I came across this new bug/issue tho, my dashboard looks “messed up” and i cant see the text thumbnail.

Signed in as you, I am able to see the text when I hover over the thumbtack icon.
I suspect it’s a browser issue. Can you try opening your dashboard in a private or incognito window or different browser altogether? If it works, then please clear the cache for your specific browser, by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache -
Alright, i tried with incognito and i tried with a different browser, nothing worked. I tried also in clearing cache, cookies and stuff but still nothing.

Are you referring to the collapsed menu? When signed in, you will see the circle with a triangle in the middle at the very bottom. If you click on that, it will uncollapse the menu so you can see the full menu.

Alright i was able to fix that. And now after i saved my site, its totally disappeared, oh my god. How come? It looks like i need to do it all over again, its pretty much like it deleted itself.

I checked the HOME template and I can see that you removed the whole content of the HOME template, and hence it is blank now. You can see the action performed in the Revisions here.
You can try to restore the last working revision from here like this.
