    help with site and the address change? also want reverting to original before started to edit today until I set the site live

    Hi there,

    The site address can be changed by going to My Site > Manage > Domains, click on the domain, then click on ‘Change site address’. Once changed the old address will stop working and it cannot be re-used.

    In order to revert to the original template, you could empty your site by following these instructions: https://wordpress.com/support/empty-site/

    Hi there,

    You can change your blog address by going to WordPress.com dashboard, and clicking Manage > Domains, click the blog you want to update, and then under Change Site Address, add the new address in the field. Please note that the old address will not be available for use again.

    When you say revert to original, do you mean starting with emptying the site and refreshing the layout?

    Our support page can assist you in this process.
    If you have tons of content on your blog, we can do it for you, but you can accomplish clearing your site fairly easily with bulk actions whenever you’re ready.

    If you want to revert the theme to its original layout, I can go ahead and empty the site and reset the theme for you.
