Bio
Thomas has been in the hotel industry for over 10 years, mostly involved in hotel openings and relaunches. Due to dairy and gluten intolerance, he has had to change his diet and most importantly adapt his lifestyle. Although
living in Sydney at the time made the transition easier it is never easy for a French man to be told that he has to reduce his baguette intake! As there is a very strong health movement happening in Sydney, it certainly made it easy to go out for a gluten free pizza or some delicious breakfast and coffee. London (and Europe in general) has turned out to be trickier and fairly expensive. Double-checking every label in the supermarket, not to be tricked into consuming additional sugar, or doing a minimum of one hour research to dine out has become a bit of ritual challenge.
Thomas also believes that eating the right foods can make a huge difference to people's lives. Through trials, experiments and mistakes Thomas tells about his journey and tips to vitality and must do's to feel awesome!
