Hi There,
I have just bought the wordpress hosting plan from freeparking.co.nz
I’m not sure how to build my website if I bought my domain name through freeparking and there wordpress hosting option…
If you could provide some insight on this that would be great.

It seems like there’s some confusion. Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Freeparking.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
