WordPress hosting 404

I have contacted support multiple times about my site being down, only to be told by them they can see it up and running just fine. For me and the rest of the internet, it is not working. My stats and blog followers confirmed this from multiple browsers on multiple devices — more than once.
This is a recurring issue I need fixed, one and done.

Hi, these errors are not 404 — they are connection errors. I’ve checked 25 servers around the world to confirm whether they are showing the correct IP and connecting, and they are.
Could you contact your internet provider to see what’s up? You can also try this to try to determine where it’s getting stuck:

Can you clarify? I can see your site has about the same number of visits as a typical day over the past few weeks. If someone else is having trouble connecting from a different internet connection, can you send more details?

By the time you looked, it was up. This is an off again, on again problem.
My site is down and then it is up. I posted this six hours ago and it was down most of the day, and it is down again.
Please stop blaming my connection like your chatmins do. Did you see my screenshots?
If I can connect to this support site and to other blogs then my connection is fine, and you can see it fine too because you are my web host.
Please fix the errors one and done. This back and forth is very frustrating.
