Wordads joke or scam?

    I joined the program Wordads with my blog in October. In November, I saw that the impressions counted for a period of about 6 or 7 days for which the program was active in October was 23,000, slightly less than the hits counted in the statistics with a gain of about $ 23. A few days ago I was amazed by the results of November . Of about 120,000 hits of pages on my blog only about half, 58.000, where counted as impressions , and my income was just $ 13.
    But is this a joke, at best, or is this a scam?
    Of course I will not go to dirty my blog thata has more than 150,000 hits per month growing with a program that cost me two months of loss of access to the change of address, with bad publicity that cost me loss of image and makes figures so ridiculous, and immediately I will switch off advertising and I will transfer the blog to another provider.
