Woot.com Charges

    Hi,

    We have a payment gateway attached to our site but we are receiving charges from both our payment gateway and “Woot.com”. Can anyone help understand why we’re being double charged?

    We cannot find a customer service phone number or email anywhere to offer help.

    You’re posting in the support forums for free sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    http://nataliewooddesigns.com/ is not hosted with us, just connected here via the free Jetpack plugin, and we don’t make any payment gateway plugins nor are we affiliated with any service called Woot.com.

    Please contact support at your payment processor, or for the specific payment gateway or ecommerce plugin you’re using directly for help with this.
