Woocommerce Suspended my Payments due to Verification Issue

    I believe this is actually a WordPress question- how do I change my website ownership to my business name?

    The problem is that (and perhaps this can be adjusted somewhere within WooCommerce that I have not been able to find) that they have suspended payments because the name on my business bank statement is different than the name that is on the site (I am the sole proprietor so it should not matter)

    How can I get this fixed? I have reached out to WooCommerce but there is no phone support and email is taking a long time.
