  I recently installed a new theme on my other personal WordPress website hosted through midphase (taymaydesigns.com) and once I login to the admin access area I receive the white screen of death. I did some digging and found out the I can go through an FTP and delete the theme for the time being however I do not seem to have my FTP login credentials any longer in my email. Please help! I need to be able to access my admin area to change my information.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
