What is the use of repeating Notifications

Since the renewal of the WP system nothing seems to go right any more. The Notification keep popping up in the right corner even when they were looked at many times.
Why does the team at WrordPress has to change so many times the way of publication and of viewing? Do they not respect the older guys who created something before them? Do the younger or newer once think they can improve it?
The last few weeks we clearly have seen no improvement.Please, is there no possibility for those who want to stick to the older version to choose the previous presentations and writing formulas?
