Every theme has a detailed theme description page. Here’s the one for the theme you have selected https://wordpress.com/theme/twentyseventeen and that’s where set up instructions for it and the live demo site link is found.
The theme customizer https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/ provides a preview function for exactly that purpose ie. so you can view what a theme will appear like prior to changing one.

Just one more thing… could you suggest me the easiest and pimpliest theme to start with? I just want to publish posts with photos. Something I can handle, at the beginning at least.

I´ve finally chosen a theme for my blog, highwind.
However, I´d like to add a ¨contact¨and äbout me¨ section, and I don´t know if this is possible with this specific theme. As well as add an instagram button.
