Videos freezing after upload

    So i’m uploading videos on a wedding platform which hosts videos and photos. Recently i’ve encountered a bug whereby when I upload the file shows the full duration of the video but freezes at a certain point, i am unable to click the play button or pause etc. it completely freezes. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    In terms of render settings i’m using H264 at 1080p 25 FPS VBR 1 Pass
