URGENT Credit Card Purchase Issue

    My name is Mike, and I’m posting on behalf of the Office of Student Leadership at Fordham University. There is an unauthorized $99 WordPress purchase on our October American Express bill, reference number: 78193331.

    Any help you could give with this ASAP would be great. This is a pressing issue for our office.

    somebody in your office authorized it and put in the CC# – or they did not bother to turn off the auto renew from something that was purchased a year ago

    I have flagged this for the staff – but to process a refund they usually need to see the request from the account that purchased the upgrade

    I can’t seem to find the charge. Do you perhaps remember the name of the associated blog/site or WordPress.com username?
