upgrade refund

    I have just purchased your Custom CSS upgrade, and only learnt after paying that i cannot edit the themes/css, only override the css. you did not specify this anywhere before i had paid. If that is the case then i would be better off hosting it myself as i need to edit/create my own theme. So is it possible to cancel my upgrade, including the domain upgrade as i wont be needing that either.

    You need to be sending that in a Feedback. The forum is for members to help one another, and none of us can refund your money.

    if you use the sandbox theme, there is no CSS to begin with, so you’re starting from scratch. only the HTML is fixed, and there are enough classes and ID’s in there for most anything.
