Upgrade Credit

Hi, I’m interested in upgrading from Premium to Business while you have the discount applied but the credit for what I’ve already paid (paid for Premium up to 23rd of July) isn’t applied at check out. How can I get it to include my credit?
Also, will this discounted rate only apply for one year?

Hi –
I’ve added 129 credits to the account manually. This is what you paid for the premium plan renewal. At the check out you should see an option to use these credits. Let me know if this works. If not, I’ll send you a manual payment form via email for the correct amount.

Thank you Liz, unfortunately it didn’t carry across to Paypal so I cancelled the purchase. I can see the credit at the top of the page but there’s no way to apply it to my purchase?
