Under maintain pressure by Pressable

Yesterday I had a great chat support which fixed successful my domains and site content. But my euphorie was very short because about an hours I couldn’t acces my site more. I can only stare at the huge logo of Pressable. I’ve placed them a ticket but didn’t get an adequate answer until now. Right now my site works off and on. I don’t understand what are they doing my website for. Never had contact with Pressable but I guess, the reason is may be my downgrade from Business to Premium. If they are looking for some remuneration, though I don’t know why, blocking websites is not the best way.

I have got the clarification from Pressable i.e. change of IP address/DNS settings issue. The caching takes 24-48 hours. Resolved.

Pressable is only for wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting.
Additional information:
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. I know what is the differences between .com and .org. Presumably the hitch was because of the cancelled Business. -
