Trying to activate Lodestar theme but getting error

    When I try to activate this theme it says ‘unable to activate theme. contact support.’

    What do I need to do?

    Hi there,

    Have you verified your WordPress.com account yet? If your account is not verified you won’t be able to activate another theme.

    OR

    Are you an Admin on that site? All free or Premium themes are listed here https://wordpress.com/themes/ Any WordPress themes found elsewhere on the Internet are designed for the WordPress.org software but could be used here at WordPress.com by upgrading to the Business plan.

    If neither of those things does the trick, please let us know.
