  I want to have my frontpage look like this with all my pages and posts on one frontpage. I hve used Snazzy Archives, but it dont work good on my site.`

  Looks like the site you need help with is a self-hosted installation of the publishing software WordPress and because of that please ask in their forums:
  https://wordpress.org/support/

  Please note there is a difference between the two:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
