  • As fare as I can tell this blog has not been suspended https://pdgisleman.wordpress.com/

We Volunteers cannot help you with your issue beyond posting these links. Here’s what gets a blog suspended:

These issues are not discussed on public peer support forums. Mistakes can be made but as a policy, we are asked to refrain from discussing Terms of Service issues on these public forums. You have a warning notice with a link — please click that link as it works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed). There’s also a contact form you can use to reach Terms of Service Staff at the bottom of this page http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/

  • and deleted tha previuos blog, pdgisleman08.wordpress.com.

    Not really

https://pdgisleman08.wordpress.com/ – is alive and well also and seems to be a mirror – mirror sites will be a problem with the Terms of Service – you should set one or the other to Private – if you had a lot of traffic – you might want to buy the Site Redirect to send traffic to the new blog

  • @auxclass
I decided to let Terms of Service Staff tell them what WordPress.COM policy is on creating duplicate sites. Based on the past, I believe they will request that the duplicate site here be made private, but neither you nor I can guarantee if they will take that that position or not.

  • I would not have bothered here, but the OP said they had deleted the original site – which seems not to be the case – so just corrected some stuff – and in the past I think mirror sites have had problems – since it appeared the OP did not intend to create a mirror site, but only to change the URL I thought I would add a bit while they wait for the staff to show up

  • I think you are on to something regarding what the blogger’s intentions are. Either way Staff will take care of it. :) Thanks for the assist.

  • Hi all,

This has all been sorted already by our Terms of Service staff. I’m going to close this ticket down now, since we don’t really discuss TOS issues in the forums.

    Thanks for your attention however!
