Tagline is not showing up in Japanse

Hi,
I am using this theme for a blog written in Japanese. Everything is showing up in Japanese correctly, but the tagline is not showing up. Could you let me know what steps I need to fix this issue?

To show the tagline on your site you need to add the Custom CSS code that will help you achieve this:
```
h2.site-description {
    display: block;
}
```
