Survey Links & Poll Daddy site not working as it should!

    Our survey links have stopped working and we don’t know why?
    The permalink address is different to what we had setup.
    This is happening for all our surveys and we had the issue recently but it’s causing disruption to our processes.
    How do I get in touch with Internal Support directly, as it seems to be sending me round in circles when trying to contact support?!

    What site do you need help with please? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    This is likely due to the renaming of PollDaddy to Crowdsignal a few weeks ago, so please contact Crowdsignal support directly for help. We can only provide help with sites hosted on WordPress.com in this forum.
