  I am wondering how I can migrate my subscribers & followers from one site to another?

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  I’ve finished migrating the followers from http://teammcgregor.wordpress.com to https://nomadicgregors.com.
  
  Please note that it can take several hours for the subscriber list and totals for your site to be updated, especially if you have many subscribers.
