Still being billed for my canceled services

Dear Sir or Madam,
I tried to cancel my subscription from vaultpress in January already. I have not used this service since. I do not understand why I am being billed $5 for February. Can you please ensure that all my purchases/subscriptions are cancelled. I switched to another CMS and there do not need any wordpress related services.
