Sketch Theme portfolio site
-
Hi there!
I created a portfolio on the homepage https://nearc2020.wordpress.com with the theme sketch.
Now I would like to use this portfolio for a WordPress.org site. Unfortunately the portfolio is not shown to me here.
A keyword was created in the theme under ‘Featured Content’. A page was created with the template ‘template for portfolio page’ and the keyword including the “featured picture” was also created on 3 pages. Now, unfortunately, a slider is shown here and not a portfolio overview as intended.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Make sure that you have the Portfolio option enabled in Jetpack’s settings: https://jetpack.com/support/custom-content-types/

In addition to what @macmanx had said, let me note that the Featured Content feature on the Sketch theme is unrelated to the Portfolio feature. If your self-hosted site is using the WordPress.com version of Sketch, then the Featured Content tag created at Customize > Featured Content > tag name must be assigned to those posts, pages, or portfolio projects that you want to appear in the featured content slider. If you don’t want a slider to appear, then either don’t set a featured content tag or don’t assign that tag to any projects, posts, or page.
You can’t use the featured content tag to display projects in a portfolio. It may only be used to display projects and other content types in the featured content slider.
