Site Not live

    Hello I have a subscription and everything seems to be connected but for some reason I cannot connect my site to make it go live. I own the domain and I have the subscription. I cant get the site to go live the domain is catalystcorals.com. I tried clearing cache

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hello there,

    I can see a domain connection on your account and it looks like that domain is registered elsewhere, which is fine.

    But I can’t see a website with a plan. To be able to connect a domain to a site, you would need to have one of our hosting plans. The free plan is a very simple plan and doesn’t have some of the features of the paid plans.

    The best next step would be to purchase a plan on the site you want to attach your domain to and then you’ll be able to attach it using the steps here – https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/ That guide covers all the steps and I can see you have done some of them already, so just follow on from where you’ve got to already.
