Site doesnt have a secure connection

    I am sure this is something I have done wrong. But I cant access anything on the website to even begin to try and fix it.

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hey folks, I’m sorry we missed this earlier. We’ve got a great community here that helps each other out, so staff often prioritizes threads that don’t have any replies, or those that have been tagged for staff help.

    @kellyuran21 – your site isn’t hosted here, but its Jetpack connection looks fine. Were you able to solve this with your host, or do you still need help?

    @fbstechsupport – your is here with us. Its Jetpack connection should be fine, and we suspect a browser issue. Can you log out, then log back in? We’ve seen a handful of cases like that.

    By the way, you should have access to direct support at https://wordpress.com/help/contact if you’ll reach out there. Or, if you prefer the community here, just add a modlook tag if staff help is needed. Thanks!
