Should i enable or disable infinite scroll?

Hello all,
I am new to wordpress.com and wanted to know if enabling infinite scroll is beneficial or not? and if you don’t mind, can you also tell me where to go to enable it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I hated infinite scroll when it was first implemented. http://en.support.wordpress.com/infinite-scroll/ I have done a complete turn around by first experimenting with it and then observing the results, and I now use it on all my blogs. I also use responsive layout themes only as they are the gold standard of the day. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/responsive-layout/?sort=free

But how do i enable it?
You can see a list of themes that currently feature Infinite Scroll in the Theme Directory. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/infinite-scroll/ See here for details http://en.support.wordpress.com/infinite-scroll/
Enable here > Dashbaord > Settings > Reading if your theme features infinite scroll and you can see all theme features like infinite scroll on this page in the right hand column http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/strange-little-town/
