Hi there
Here is some information on what is considered private information at WordPress: https://en.support.wordpress.com/private-information/As long as you do not put any of this information in your pages, use your full name as your user name, or put it in your profile, it will not get published.

Ok so where it says content and says my email, info is required no one will see it ? And also where it says first and last name do I have to put that in there to have a blog ?

That’s correct. No one except WordPress employees can see your email. And no, you do not have to put anything in the name fields. Here is a screenshot of that section of my profile: https://cl.ly/3K0O1x3a3H3M

Hi there, @dave2swords has given you all the sign up info and is correct that the email address you registered with on WordPressdotcom is your unique identifier here. Some people create a special email address just for their site and web activities.
Just to add that should you leave a comment on a WordPressdotcom site or Jetpack-enabled site or use a site’s contact form while logged in to WordPressdotcom, your email address will be visible to that site’s owner. If you don’t want that to happen, make sure you log out of your WordPressdotcom account first and use a different email not connected to your account.
Let us know if you have any other question.
