I saw this used on another website and know it would really help me keep my own posts thought flow while allowing new readers to see what I’m talking about.

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs like the one linked to your username and we cannot install individual plugins into them. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

Because RefTagger uses JavaScript, it doesn’t actually change the code or the content of your site’s pages.
We cannot use JavaScript on free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/#javascript
