Restore DNS Settings

    Hi,

    I made some changes in my DNS settings and now somehow i can not receive any e-mails anymore.

    Is there a way to restore my DNS settings to let’s say the settings from two hours ago?

    Hi Nienke, your best bet would be to re-add the MX record, as I can see that was deleted earlier.

    Can you log into the account that owns the domain, then reach out again? Please let us know why you were removing the MX record, too, as that will give us a better idea of what you were trying to do and how to resolve the issue.

    Hi, thanks for your reaction!

    I was trying to install DNS records to use my @talentlead.nl e-mail address with Microsoft Teams. That didn’t work out, so I deleted -I thought- all the records that had to do with Microsoft.

    I am going to reach out to the admin that owns the domain. If I need your help again, I will let you know. Thanks a lot!
