Replace #site-title with image?

How do I replace the #site-title and #site-description with an banner image?
I’ve already uploaded the banner as media in wordpress but this doesnt seem to work:
#site-title {
background: url(‘images/thepicnicbasket.jpg’);
}So I was thinking.. I coul just hide both the site-title n site-display… but i still don’t know how to show my image!
#site-title {
display: none;
}
#site-description {
display: none;
}Please help, thanks!

isnt working either :/.site-title {
background:url(‘http://thepicnicbasket.files.wordpress.com/2010/12/thepicnicbasket.jpg’) repeat-x;
width:567px;
height:157px;
} -
This should get you going in the right direction.
h1#site-title a { color: transparent; } h1#site-title { background: url("http://thepicnicbasket.files.wordpress.com/2010/12/thepicnicbasket.jpg") no-repeat scroll 0 0 transparent; color: transparent; height: 157px; width: 567px; }

Add the following to the CSS window.
#site-title { margin: 0.67em auto; }
If you are using the preview function, make sure and refresh the preview page since it sometimes doesn’t show the change till you do that.
