Remove a "Call to Action" section from website

    I use the Pratt theme for my website and would like to know if there is a way to delete or remove the “Call to Action” section at the bottom of my site. When I open PageBuilder there is no way to even edit that section. The same applies for the “Search” and “Site Content” sections. Those I can live with, but the “Call to Action” I would like to get rid of.
