    I cant find the domain under purchases , please help me out or else if possible please cancel my domain

    My apologies! The domain is actually under a different WordPress.com account. So you need to be logged in to that account in order to see the domain under purchases.

    As you shared the transaction ID, I’ve refunded the payment for you. It may take a week or two for the refunded money to appear in your card/bank.

    We haven’t canceled the domain since you are contacting us from a different account. But we have refunded the payment and turned off the auto-renewal so that you aren’t charged for it anymore.
