  Hi. Can you confirm if I am eligible for prorated refund for downgrading my plan before the 2 year auto renewal period?? Please advise. Thank you.

  Hi there,

  We do not offer pro-rated refunds on WordPress.com if you cancel or downgrade a plan outside of the 30 day refund period.

  We only provide a full refund for plans cancelled within the refund period.
