Recovery of website from my developers profile

    Good day,
    I am in a big dilemma right now and I will appreciate it if you can help me.
    I contracted a developer to help build a website and work on the website has progressed significantly.
    Unfortunately, we lost him to sickle cell this morning and more unfortunately I currently do not have access to the back end of the website.
    I do not know if it is possible but I will appreciate it if the said website is re-assigned to my profile so I can continue working on it. I know this is such a big request but I know you can help me.
    I am ready to support with the necessary documents that may be required to prove my identity.
    The website is ‘www.mosopearubayi.com’.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
