Quit Domain and tarif

Good morning,
I wanted to quit my domain as well as my premium tarif.
I have tried to follow your instructions here:https://wordpress.com/de/support/domains/faq-verlaengern-und-kuendigen/#cancel-plan
But when I click on ‘manage purchases’ I do not see anything.
Yesterday, I’ve paid or the domain and the premium account.
How do I quit both?

That message indicates that you’re signed in to a different account from where the transaction actually occurred.
Do you know what site is connected to that premium plan? Share the URL with me here so we can help you further.
