purchases disabled

Hi, I am trying to create a WordPress site and currently, it says purchases are disabled and for me to contact support.
I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
You can also send an email directly to billingsupport@wordpress.com if you prefer that.
