problems adding links within post

    I am trying to link to several of my favorite blogs within a post I am writing. I have done this successfully in the past, but am now unable to do so. I highlight the name of the blog, and click the link icon, and when the box appears, I type in the URL (with http://) and click as directed. The highlighted letters turn blue as expected, and are underlined, but instead of the point and click cursor appearing, the regular cursor remains, and it is impossible to click the link.

    I would really appreciate help with this as soon as possible. Thank you so much.

    The point and click cursor will not work in the post/page editor. Is that what you are referring to?

    Hello there,
    Before your try again will your please try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Is your browser version up to date? You can upgrade any browser version here. Then there are a couple of ways to add links to your posts or pages. You can use either the Visual editor or the HTML editor, as described here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/

    Sacred Path, you got it! Thank you so much! Don’t remember having this problem in the past, but who knows.

    The links worked fine when I tried them in “preview.”
