Problem with Page Menu Appearance

    it happened week ago too and now too, when i delete one page and add new page then the new page is not visible on my page bar in my site.Sometimes it comes and sometimes it not.Like while writing its coming.this main problem arises when i add any new page.
    Any Suggestions?
