Premium Plan – I don't have the features?

Hi, I started with the personal plan and had downloaded the STOW theme – I decided I wanted to change the theme colour so have just updated to the Premium Plan. In design and then customize there is no where that it states colours & backgrounds. What could the reason be? Do I need to re download the theme now that I have upgraded to Premium? Many thanks in advance?

Hi there, you don’t need to download the theme if you’ve activated it on your WPcom site.
What the Premium plan does is give you the ability to edit your theme’s CSS via the Customizer.
