Plug-ins? Help please

Add topic to favorites
Hello. After recently moving over to my own web hosting for my wordpress blog I wanted to start including some ads on my blog< I used an automatic WordPress installer provided with the web hosting service, as many of the users here will know.
I know have signed up for Chitika Eminimalls and would like to know how to add their sidebar plugin? I cannot find how to do it and I do not have an option to manage plugins in my WordPress admin area.

Could somebody please help me as I am stuck.

This is wordpress.com. We can not use plugins, nor can we have ads. They are forbidden.

If your blog is hosted elsewhere, you can get help at wordpress.org/support.

Sorry, I know this is wordpress.com but my WordPress blog isn’t hosted here it is hosted by a seperate web hosting company.
My apologies for posting the question here rather than at the wordpress.org.
