  I would like to have this plug in http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/full-utf-8/ but unfortunately I couldn’t install as it seems I am unable to access /wp-content/plugins/ as a free wordpress user. It would be nice if this plug in is made available because I came to know that this helps in displaying arabic text/symbols better which is not seen now in my blog.
