Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection

I am getting the same error when I try to do anything on my WordPress site. Not sure how to fix!

Hello there,
Many thanks for reaching out.
To check, are you seeing this via: munchmealsbyjanet.com?

I am getting an error every time I try to go to “my site”. There is a yellow ! and the bar says “Please check your primary sites JetPack connection, then it takes forever to load anything. I went to the Jetpack dashboard and everything looks to be running OK, but still having issue. Any ideas? This makes editing and adding info nearly impossible.

Hi @munchmealsbyjanet1 – thanks for that! I can see the connection is OK on this side, so I’m guessing something is ‘stuck’ in your browser. Can you try two things?
- Please try logging in with a different browser, just to confirm whether that is indeed the issue
- If it is, try these troubleshooting options. In particular, I’d recommend logging out, clearing cache, and logging back in first.
@arcabeadies — it looks like you are having the very same issue. Can you try those same steps?
Also, both of you should have access to directly support here:

This worked, I logged in with different browser and things were working just fine. So I went back to the original browser, logged out, cleared cache, then logged back in and now things are fine. Thanks so much!!!

@munchmealsbyjanet1 thank you for letting us know! I just ran into a similar case and am hoping the same fix will help. Thanks again.

Clearing the cache worked perfectly! Thank you for the information and suggestion.
