PHP Upgrade

  • I was prompted by WordPress to update my php. When I do, I get an error on WP.

Warning: Use of undefined constant WP_CONTENT_DIR – assumed ‘WP_CONTENT_DIR’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in
    /home2/kristentyler/branchandblooms.com/wp-includes/load.php on line 115

Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.

  • Hey there, could you double check with your host on this? So long as you’re using up-to-date WordPress and a relatively updated PHP/MySQL setup, it should work fine.

Going forward, you’ll also want to use the correct forums for self-managed installations, at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Or, you’d be welcome to migrate your site to our services. You can find our pricing here:

    Cheers!
