Paid for year now on free

I paid for a year of the $4 plan on June 11. Worked for a day or so now it is saying that I’m on the free plan. I have the charge on my credit card and it hasn’t been refunded or anything. Paid for the year. Additionally, the site I setup is no longer on my account but I can still access it through the URL. Need help but can’t connect support! Thanks

I realize now that the original account has a typo in the name. I can’t log into that email because it wants to do email link signin instead of a password or something. I did the recover account link but no one is reaching out. Please help. I’m not sure what to do at this point as I can’t get in touch with anyone. A typo shouldn’t be an unrecoverable incident. I’ve even supplied the transaction number from the credit card number and nada. Radio silence. Meanwhile I can’t access the account. @staff-darin
